School Fee Payment Guidelines
1. Fee Schedule Awareness
Parents are advised to collect and follow the fee schedule at the time of admission at the start of each new session.
2. Modes of Payment
Parents are strongly encouraged to use ERP (Franciscan e-Care Pro App) for fee payment to ensure ease and transparency.
3. Monthly Fee Timing
Please use ERP (Franciscan e-Care Pro App) for safe, quick, and convenient fee payment. Always deposit the fee between the 1st and 10th of every month to avoid any late fine. Parents must collect the fee schedule at the time of admission or at the start of the session. Monthly fee should be deposited between 1st and 10th of every month.
Late fine will be charged as per the following:
- Between 11th to 15th – ₹50 late fee
- Between 16th to 20th – ₹100 late fee
- Between 21st to 25th – ₹150 late fee
- Between 26th to 30th – ₹200 late fee
If the fee is not paid within 60 days, the ward’s name will be struck off from the school rolls. Exam fee is charged at the time of half-yearly and annual exams only.No refund of fee once deposited.
4. Non-Refund Policy
Once the fee is deposited, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. Exam Fee
Exam fee will be charged only at the time of half-yearly and annual examinations.
6. Fee Concession Rules
The school typically does not offer fee concessions. However, in exceptional and rare circumstances, such as academic merit or financial hardship, a concession may be considered. The final decision rests with the school authority. For details regarding the concession rules, please approach the school office.
Note : Tution fee is charged for 12 months only.
